Returns

We want you to love your Gratia piece. If it isn't right, you can return it:

• Unworn pieces: within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging.
• Worn pieces: within 14 days of delivery, in good condition.

How to start a return

Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the piece you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us right away through our Contact page with a photo, and we'll make it right.
